The price includes designated parking inside the garage and has EV charging capabilities. The community is very quiet and clean, has a pool and clubhouse for full use as well.

I’m looking for a roommate with the same mentality for cleanliness, friendliness and respect for the others living in the house. No pets, no parties, no drugs, occasional overnight guests. Internet and waste pickup are included in the rent, the remaining utilities (water, gas, electricity) are split evenly (adjusted if you charge your car). Security deposit will be one month’s rent if unfurnished and 1.5x rent if furnished.
