Location Highlights: • Safe, quiet neighborhood with community pool access (in season) • Just 20 minutes from the airport • Close to shopping, gyms, restaurants, a military base, and public transit
Details: • 💲 Rent: $950 (WiFi access included, electricity TBD depending on sublease agreement) • 🗓 Move-in: as early as July 1, 2026 • 📏 Sublease term: 6-9 month options
Who I’m Looking For: A clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate — student, young professional, or frequent traveler would be a great fit. I have a hybrid work schedule so I am looking to team up with someone who will not be too loud or messy.
