About the room
Renting basic bedroom - approx. 10x10- with kitchen and laundry use in nice house located off 23 fwy at Tierra Rejada. Monthly rent $675 plus split cost of water, gas, electric, spectrum bills (which is internet and Cable/TV). After you look at room and decide you’re interested in renting the room, I use a property mgt. company that handles the lease-application and document signing requirements. Cannot move in without signing a month-to-month-lease. Thank you.
About the roomies
Currently, there are four roomies. Everyone signs a month-to-month lease by the property mgt. co. Everyone is super nice, hardly see anyone - everyone is just doing there own thing. Thank you.
