Couples or Single ROOMMATE welcome.
Home is situated on a hillside and boasts beautiful sunsets and starry nights.
It is close to convenient shopping, movie theaters and 15 & 91 Fwys.
The Cleveland National Forest is adjacent to the neighborhood, and lots of hills and natural terrain are in view.
The Room is appx. 400 sq ft, has vaulted ceilings, large wet bar with cabinets, small beverage refrigerator, new faucets, large closet, ceiling fan, blackout shade & was freshly painted. Bathroom was recently updated too.
Two curio cabinets are included in room.
Roommate will have Kitchen, patio/deck & laundry access. Current Roommate has a small dog and prefers no other pets, but will consider a dog that is thorough house trained and gets along with my dog.
Garage parking (1 car), other parking outside.
