Beautiful home, only 20 years old, lovely gardens, liberal and friendly homeowner. I have no pets currently, so I do need to charge $300 pet deposit. $600 unfurnished / $650 furnished as shown or $700/$750 is a slightly bigger room on South side - one or two will be available at the beginning of September. this includes utilities!!! yay!!

I just need people here who are communicative, honest, and kind. I am the homeowner, there are currently 2 other renters, a 25 year old who is almost never here. & a 50 year old who is also never here during the day - he seriously works from 6:00 to 7:00 and has no days off.

It’s very happy and easy to live here! We are planting and starting gardening for the next 3 seasons - great place if you love flowers and pumpkins!!! I have 2 temporary renters currently (July) and a 3rd, permanent renter is moving in August 1. I will answer any inquiries as long as you are applicable for the Fall of 2026. Thank you!!
