There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and an air fryer, coffee machine, vacuum and steam cleaner, microwave, soda stream, toaster, kettle and a food processor/blender. Gas range and electric oven. Apartment has washer and dryer facilities and a lot of storage space.

Internet, gas, and electricity are included in the rent price.
