Located in Milledgeville 441 South. 7 minutes from Walmart, well-maintained brick home built in the 1940s with plenty of character and comfort. The house has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, offering a cozy setup while keeping things simple. It’s located in a quiet school zone.
I don’t have direct neighbors, but next door is a small cabinet shop that only operates by appointment—so it’s mostly nice and calm. The location is super convenient, giving you the balance of quiet living while still being close to everything you need.
