About the room
I have one super clean furnished room available for rent on 1st of May 2026. This house is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, close to bus line, grocery shopping, restaurants. You will share bathrooms and kitchen. We will provide big refrigerator, washing and drying machine as well. This house does not allow pets, no smoking, and no drugs are allowed. The rent is $680 plus $350(refundable)security deposit. 2 car garage is also available for rent at $250. Will require $50 for credit and background check and provide lease agreement. The utilities bill will be shared, and we do not provide the personal items. We have enough parking to cater for cars on the property.
About the roomies
The other 3 roomies are in their own rooms and they are friendly. One is an engineer the other one is a bus driver and truck driver respectively. Another room is getting added to this house and it will be available in mid may
