I have two rooms available in the Derwood area, very close to the Shady Grove Metro station. Both rooms are now available, and I can rent out one or both rooms, depending on the situation. If only the larger room is rented, the tenant will have a private bathroom, and the rent will be higher ($1000). If both rooms are rented, the two tenants will share the bathroom. I am also open to rent out both rooms for one person at a discounted price.

The rooms are priced at $750 and $850 each respectively. The rent includes free utilities, parking, laundry, kitchen, and WiFi access. A one-month security deposit and a minimum six-month lease are required.
