About the room
Large, peaceful 2-story home in SE Bend close to grocery stores and parks. 2.5 bathrooms - you will have a shared full bathroom with 1 roommate. Utilities fluctuate and are anywhere from $100-$170 depending on time of year and usage! We prefer someone who wants to stay long term (we signed a year lease). Are willing to discuss flexibility around length of stay if you are a good fit!
We have lots of fun shared activities and things to do in the home - pole, hot tub, aerial silks, movie theatre, coffee bar, backyard space and my puppy Finley who is a cuddly Australian Shepard and comes to work with me M-F. Other dogs are welcome I would just need to make sure they get along first!
About the roomies
Two female roommates both in their 20’s. Jenny (myself) is clean, considerate, professional, work with autistic children, love a mix of a chill and social home, and creating a comfortable and safe environment. Most importantly love being friends with my roommates too and supporting each other ❤️
