This is a temporary stay room, price negotiable. I prefer short term stays maybe a few days or two weeks unless we meet and there’s a agreement over time. Ten minutes to New Paltz NY. one mile from grocery store. Looking for temporary stay not Looking for permanent roommates. There is a yard just needs some grooming. Good for someone who works often and needs a place to rest. I don’t use cable or wifi but your free to use the TV if you want to. The room needs a ac if you prefer it cool. I am pet sitting so if you aren’t a pet person this isn’t a good fit for you.
