We are looking for a fourth roommate in a spacious historic apartment on the upper east side of Milwaukee. Rent is around $375/month or $440/month if you have a car (off-street lot parking), and we pay between $30-40/month in utilities/wifi. Our place is 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath and you would have your own room with a closet. We have coin laundry in the basement and are located within 20 min walk of UWM campus/5 min bus ride.

We have four cats between us. They are very sociable and love people. This place would be perfect for someone who loves animals without wanting the responsibility of taking care of them.

The room itself is not furnished but the rest of the house is VERY furnished. We do not have space for any more large furniture outside of the bedroom, and the three of us happily share things like dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and some food items, and would extend the same offer to our new roommate. This vacancy is perfect for students just moving out of the dorms, or someone moving to the city with little furniture.

We are looking for someone who is at the least LGBTQ+ friendly. We are open to a roommate of any gender. We are all close friends and have lived here without conflict for 4 years now, so we would appreciate someone who is able to communicate their needs and be receptive to the needs of others. We are a quieter household, and are sometimes messy but not unclean.
