I’m looking for a housemate to share this 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Nederland. The apartment is the upper level of a multi-unit house. I’m an easy going man in my mid-thirties and into outdoor activities.

The house is within walking distance from the supermarket and stores. It’s on a quiet side street, but not too far from the main road.

You will have a private room with a built-in closet. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared spaces. There kitchen has new appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). There’s a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

The rent is $1197/month, plus utilities (gas/electric and water are shared with downstairs). The deposit is two months rent (for security deposit and last month’s rent). The lease is between you and the landlord.

I’m in my early 30s and enjoy the outdoors. Skiing, biking, running! I work from home, I’m quiet and go to bed early.
