About the roomies

Presently, I have one tenant. He is a graduate student at Northeastern University. He is 24 years of age and is quiet and respectful. The apartment is completely furnished and is on the first floor. Two rooms are available. The roommates are usually in a Master’s or Graduate program. In the past, I have had tenants from the Ukraine, Turkey, China, and Seibia. Additionally, professionals from out of state come to Boston because they have accepted a position. I am the owner of the property and reside in the second-floor apartment. I am respectful, tidy, and peaceful. I attempt to select tenants who are looking for those elements.
