Looking for someone to rent for at least 10 months (an academic year) or longer. Currently 1 male and 1 female are residing in the house but another girl roommate is preferred. New person MUST be considerate of others and clean up after themselves in the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and other common areas. No pets allowed, current tenants are allergic.
