Hello! I had great success finding an amazing fit on here and now another roomie is moving for work. So we are looking forward ti meeting the next great fit!

The house is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. There is a walking path directly behind the path and we are also a 7 minute walk from the tobacco trail. The house (other than the room) is fully furnished and has a basement and an attic for storage. The shared spaces are kept clean and the walls are relatively sound proof! There is also a shared office space for your work at home needs! You would have your own room but be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate Marnie, She is lovely and clean.

This will be a sublet until September but we are really looking for someone who wants to stay beyond that.

Utilities are typically about a $100 a person per month!

About the roomies

We are young professionals in our late 20’s and are looking for a roommate around that age. We have created an open and welcoming home. We love spending time with each other but are both ambiverts and enjoy our alone time as well. Marnie travels some weekends for work and enjoys camping, dogs, and hockey. I enjoy taking nature walks, cooking, and a good craft. We will often spend the evenings on the back porch just chilling together. And we love hosting the occasional wine or craft night.

We are looking for a roommate who prioritizes kindness and communication. We are goofy, clean, and easy going. We cant wait to meet you!
