Prefer someone that works outside of the home or travels since I work from home quite a bit. We have a nice deck off the living room so the back door is always open to let in the ocean air. Living room is large and open with lots of windows. Beautifully renovated kitchen where its actually a joy to cook! I hated cooking before I moved in here. 🙂

Must love dogs as we have 3 adorable little hounds but unfortunately we are at our max for more animals. Sorry, no cats because I’m really allergic. 😞 No drugs, smokers, or bringing the party home please. Super chill vibe here, no drama, quiet and considerate. Utilities are split 3 ways so its quite reasonable.

He chills in his room most of the time but does come out to play with my dogs. Kim is the director at a spa , loves her job and is kicked back too. We do pick up after ourselves but aren’t anal about it.
