I have a spacious room available for rent in Murrieta and I am looking for a female roommate who is respectful, clean, and considerate. The room is private and unfurnished, but the bathroom is shared. To move in, you must provide proof of employment and a current background check report. Please note that we do not allow drugs, alcohol, smoking, or visiting guests in our home. We offer both month-to-month and yearly leases and require a $650 security deposit and the first month’s rent before move-in. The rent includes WiFi and utilities. The house is located in a nice neighborhood near the 215 and 15 freeways, with nearby schools, grocery stores, and shopping centers.

This is a quiet and clean house. Brand New laminate wood floor. Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. All of the roommates are very nice and friendly.
