Hello, We are looking to sublet a furnished room for a few weeks or a few months to a non smoking intern, student or professional, career minded, dependable and friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well maintained. We have central heat. (We are not in Sagaunash like their map says, see OUR pic) We are on the east Devon ave area, located at Devon and Leavitt, fun and convenient, near Loyola University north side with all campus amenities, restaurants, etc. We are on the border of Andersonville and the amazing Clark street strip vibrant with specialty shops, eateries, night clubs and bars. Lots of transportation options, red line, brown line, buses 22, 155,147,151, and more. We are by Devon ave shopping, take out, fruit stores, dry cleaners, currency exchange, Walgreens, starbucks, super target, multi ethnic foods and restaurants, super affordable food and groceries, walk to everything.
