1 Storage/studio room available (no windows) originally the room was used for film development $600, plus $200 deposit. No bathroom connected if looking to rent for personal bedroom, would have to come upstairs and share master bathroom.

Kitties are very sweet mainly just stay in my space and living room when not outside Internet included Electricity included water included gas included HOA fee included home owners insurance included home owner taxes included (the only service not active is TV service if you want you will need to pay for it, I do have a 60 inch LED flat screen which has maybe 200 hours of use available in living room to use.
