About the room

Looking for clean, respectful and responsible roommate to rent out a room available for rent in my 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom homes. You can bring your own bedroom furniture, or I can provide a bed and dresser at no extra cost.

This bedroom room is 150 sqft. You’ll have shared access to the kitchen and living room as well as designated parking. Home has in-unit washer and dryer that you will have free access to. This price includes water, electricity, internet, sewage and landscaping.

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with other families. It’s also 2 minutes to the I-275 interstate entrance, 4 minutes drive to Publix, 1 minute drive to Wawa gas station, Walgreens pharmacy and other stores and dining options. Additionally, it’s 8 minutes to downtown St Pete and less than 20 minutes from most beaches that St Pete has to offer.

We don’t accept pets since it is a shared living environment.

About the roomies

When the home is full, it will be 4 people in total living in the house. We consider the input of those living in the home when bringing in new roomies.
