This room will be available in September 2026.
In April 2026, I have two other rooms which share a bathroom available on the opposite side of the home and have a private hallway connecting them.
Itβs a great location. Only 3 miles to I-40 entrance for convenient travel. Close to stores, gym, banks and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
The home has new paint, new flooring, and new cellular blinds throughout.
New vanity lighting in all bathrooms.
Itβs a comfortable and peaceful home to relax and enjoy life after a busy day.
This is a large 11β-11β x 15β-5β room. It has a large ensuite which includes a bath with separate private shower. It has a walk-in closet big enough to be a small office. The location is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. Itβs a safe area for walking and short bike rides.
Amenities include high speed internet access, off street parking, actively monitored security system, digital locks, and of course the laundry, kitchen and common areas.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property due to asthma and allergies. Try a gummy bear or a brownie.
Proof of income is required.
References will be checked.
Renterβs insurance to protect your valuables in case of damage from fire, water, or theft is encouraged. If you prefer not to have insurance the monthly rental rate will be an additional $25. Proof of insurance is required for the discounted rental rate.

Two roommates, includes the property owner (me). Owner occupant is a friendly, sociable, educated professional, well travelled, and works from home
I am open minded, enjoy soft jazz and Led Zeppelin. I love animals.
