Listing is for one bedroom and one bathroom of a two bed two bath unit. Other room/bathroom is already occupied.

The housing complex is called Shoreline at Monterey Bay, specifically located in Marina or about 8ish miles up the coast (north) from Old Monterey. Only one mile from Marina State Beach. 0.6 Miles from local library and Locke-Paddon Park (full of walking, biking, and running trails). 2 miles from a Trader Joes and Target with a smaller shopping center closer to the apartment. 3 miles from CSUMB. 10 miles to Salinas.

Overall a safe and fairly calm family neighborhood with plenty of street parking. I have always been a spot open within a block or two.

Apartment is clean with new appliances (ie fridge, electric stove/oven). Living areas and kitchen are fully stalked and already furnished. Wifi and all bills included. Room is furnished with basic items (ie bed, nightstand, dresser) but there is space if you wish to add anything else. The room even has a decently sized closet. The space works as a private half of the house including your own full bathroom. Apartment storage is pretty nice, with half of the shared pantry, and one independent hallway closet in the living room.

Includes an outside porch area behind personal gate. Enough space for a chair or two and a small table plus extra space. Guess on the dimensions would be 8ft by 5ft? I am not good at guessing size lol.

Apartment complex also has a small gym/work out studio accessible to residents only, community inside space with couches and tv, community outside patio with reasonably comfortably furniture.

Hi! I am a student at CSUMB looking for ideally another student to live with. I am also new to the area from southern CA. I love to cook and bake and value a happy home environment. I am looking for a roommate who values communication and mutual respect, we don’t actually have to be the best of friends but living with someone kind and respectful makes everything better. I value a clean and tidy home space. I like to get out of the house and really enjoy being outside and active (not in triathlons but in beach walks). I like to have people over but definitely not throwing ragers or anything absurd; but, again communication is key. The female only can be limiting on Roomies part, I am more scared of online random men, but I am a proud ally <3
