Hello there, I am looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my townhome in Greenville. The home is in the north main neighborhood of Greenville, a walks distance to Main Street downtown.

Rent is going to be $700 per month. Plus split utilities - water/gas. No dogs, but cats may be permitted.

About me, I am 30 years old and I am a professional who works in behavioral analysis. I love to read, I love to stay physically fit, and I love to travel. I am looking for someone who is working, or in school or both. I am open to male or female, but I may prefer to stay around my age range. I am not really looking for people who are into nightlife or heavy smoking and drinking. I am also a believer in Christ who loves music and arts.
