This a a private room in my home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There is free street parking, wifi, heat, AC, there is cable available, a shared bath and a fully equipped kitchen to use. The home is close to transportation, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Most of these establishments deliver. I am 15/20 minutes from Brookdale Community College, 1/2 hour from Rutgers. I am close to many other schools and hospitals. It is a prime location to navigate from. I have a very friendly toy poodle who will greet you every day.

About the roomies

I have one male tenant now. He has lived with me for over one year. I have had tenants, now new family, stay with me for over 4 years. I love meeting and getting to new new people and open my home to them.
