There’s no roomies living with us at the moment. Just my partner and me. I have 2 rooms for rent. We prefer a peaceful and quite environment. 1 room is $800 other room is $900 per month, 1 room has a small refrigerator. If both rooms are rented it becomes a shared bathroom. You will hace access to the kitchen. Can use pots and pans and utensils. Clean as you go. You must provide your own cleaning products. No smoking of any kind and no over night guest. No animals allowed. Must like cats and dogs as we have both. 30 day notice required when moving out.
