The room offered has a great view and you’d have your own private bathroom as well.
If you go and check out The Rey for options to lease now, this price is a steal. Units I’m looking at are 1010 and 1011, but am open to others as well. I’m looking for a roomie to apply with me for a 2 bedroom here, It’s very nice and priced at 3.1k base rent is a great deal for this property. That would mean about 1600 a month split evenly. I’m willing to pay more for the master bedroom as well.
The Rey is a beautiful apartment complex located in the Cortez Hill in downtown San Diego. It’s close to all the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that the city has to offer. Yet, not so close to gaslamp that it’s too loud. Additionally, the complex itself is full of great amenities like a fitness center, rooftop pool and lounge area, and -hour concierge service. It’s dog friendly as well.
About the roomies
38 Year old IT dude/gym rat looking for a responsible, clean, and reasonable roommate who won’t bring people over at 2AM on a Tuesday morning. I do still like to go out and have fun occasionally.
