About the room
Christian couple is renting 1 room (near 101 and Southern in Tempe) in their 5bed/3bath home. Looking for a Christian female renter to share the house with the couple and a female student coming in August.
Room is available first or second week of June, includes a private bathroom. Furnished with twin bed a table two chairs and closet, with laundry room. $995 including utilities. I will update the pictures mid June when our current renter moves out.
They both share the couple’s kitchen. Separate fridge for your use. Five minute walk to MarsOrbit bus that takes you to ASU. Lease for up to 1 year with possible extension. No pets.
