Townhouse in a beautifully private area , 2 bed 2 bath home. Amazing location and views, great for a college student or working professional. Private restroom , great location to U of A and the downtown area. Utilities are split in half but are typically closer to $150 and would be in addition to the $700 a month depending on usage.

About the roomies

The vibe of the house is really calm , neighborhood is very clean, quiet and overall a good area. You’d be sharing the space with one other roommate and taking over my lease , no security deposit needed. The room is double listed since I need to find someone to take over my lease asap. I would have stayed with my lease but a career opportunity came up and I had to move. The room would be available in late March.
