It’s a small house, but it’s in an unbeatable location. it’s walking distance to coddingtown mall (target, whole foods, library), about 2 minutes from 101, and about 4 minutes from the JC. its a quiet road, nice neighbors. landlord is chill. it’s a 2b 1b small house. I have a nice car so I park it in the garage, but the street parking and driveway are other options. i’ve lived here for 3 years. lease is month to month, but i prefer to find someone that is gonna stay for at least 6 months so i dont have to keep finding roommates. i uploaded some pics of the empty room, a pic of how my current roommate has his room set up, and a pic of my room when i lived there.
im 26 year old engineer. i grew up in the bay area and have lived in atlanta, austin, and LA. i travel a lot for fun, and i also powerlift and watch movies. the only time i have people over is once a week for a movie night that i host.
