onsidering renting out the guest room in my condo for someone in need of temporary, short-term housing. The room is furnished with a bed (that I built) and the bare necessities. You’d share the condo with me (it’s a one-story unit that only shares 1 wall with the adjoining unit) and would have a parking space in the driveway.

Located 25 minutes away from Downtown Knox, 30 minutes form Pigeon Forge, and 40 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Smokies.

I’m at work during the day and in the evenings I usually either watch TV, edit videos, or work on projects in the garage. Overall pretty laidback, tidy, and looking for someone who shares similar values.
