The room will be unfurnished . Incredibly spacious, vaulted ceilings, no carpet all floors with wide open street parking. Slider can be used as a private entrance and exit. House is on the corner and ends in a cul-de-sac. Kitchen and laundry room included. We have a small charcoal barbecue in the back yard if you want to cook outdoors. Very close to Victoria Gardens. 1/4 of the utilities. Small deposit/holding fee.

Single mom with two teens. Teens are away with other family half of the time, and I am also gone one to two weekends a month. We are quiet, don’t watch television nor do we have family or friends over. We are MINIMALISTS. We work or are in school. We do play occasional music in the kitchen while cooking or doing dishes. Two small pugs that roam the back yard.
