About the room
Available NOW is 1 large bedroom in this 3br/2 bath house. You would have access to the larger community bathroom that would only ever be used by guests and yourself (I never use it). The $800 a month would include all utilities (water, electric, trash, WiFi). I do have 3 large dogs and 1 cat. I would consider allowing dog(s) but NO cats. Off street parking in the driveway would also be available as well as access to the kitchen, living room, backyard, etc. You must have verifiable income, be neat/clean, respectful and quiet.
No cats No kids No parties No drugs (420 ok) No drama No problems

About the roomies
It’s just myself and the animals, 2 dobermans, 1 hound and bob the cat. I’m an army veteran, I work part time, workout at least 4 times a week but am mostly a home body either working on random projects or playing video games.
