Searching for a friendly, clean, and responsible roommate in the Rancho Cucamonga area. The house has 3 bedrooms and you would live with 2 very easy going and friendly males ages 37 and 24. The master bedroom is spacious and comes with attached private bathroom with a large shower, tile floors, and granite counter top. Roommate is allowed access to entire home, including fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, washer, dryer and a large backyard with covered patio. My asking price $1,200 a month with a $300 security deposit. Utilities and Internet included.

I am the owner of the home. I am 37 and work for a hospital. I am currently applying for a 2 year nursing program. My good friend also occupies one of the 3 rooms. We are very easy to get along with, drama free and keep to ourselves. We are mostly gone due to work and school. I also own a very friendly Labrador retriever.
