Large 3-story home. Room is in attic (3rd floor), which is just under 400 sq. ft, so very roomy. All utilities included in the rent, including A/C in summer. Share kitchen with 3 others. Bathroom is largely privately yours, except I, owner, like to shower there, and of course if someone NEEDS to use a toilet, well, you shouldn’t mind. (There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor.) Kitchen is eat-in. There is a sitting room, a LR, a very large central hallway so folks feel as if there’s space to move, althougth the entire second floor alone is 1482 sq. ft–so it is large. There’s a small pantry. Walking distance to Hannaford’s, MMC, Trader Joes, Back Cove. Very quiet house and very quiet safe neighborhood by USM. Since we actually have to talk to get to know each other a bit, please leave some times when we could talk if you write. I am a horrible typist on text messaging, and don’t like to do that, as much as possible. I am looking for someone who is established in a job/profession, solidly secure in themselves, and able to accommodate communal living (i.e. has solid calm communication skills). I am favorable to those who are single and 40+.
There’s currently one tenant who works nights at a psych hospital. He’s very quiet and self-contained, and very pleasant. There will be a fellow here doing a 4-month internship at the Roux Institute: he’s a graduate student at Northeastern in AI. It’s an owner occupied building (the owner has rooms on the first floor.)
