Hi! We are looking for a 4th Roomate. We just bought the house and are moving in right now. Our 4th Roomate bailed last minute and we need someone asap!

We are working professionals and students, so looking for someone that is on the same page. Must love animals, we have 4 cats and a dog. We’re not clean freaks but we are tidy and clean up after ourselves and divide the big cleaning. We would love someone who wants to share the space and hang out but also respects their private time, and saves the party for the weekend.

The house itself is big: Huge shared living space and yard! 4 bedroom 2 bath. 4th bedroom is a shared living room, movie room, and office space. Big kitchen with lots of cabinets. Living room is huge with a fire place, 13 foot ceilings and amazing natural light from big windows. Kitchen has a nook with big floor to ceiling windows, perfect for reading in the morning with breakfast. Big windows lots of natural light, French doors lead to the covered patio (no screen yet!) and garden to come (in the works, plant lovers welcome!). The 4th room is converted from the garage, but it’s huge and there is still garage space for storage and lots of shelving.

Belen- 29, works in sales for a health tech, company, hybrid schedule works remote 2 days a week. Loves animals especially cats (we have 4, they’re sweeties!). Loves plants, teas, herbs, books, music and movement, dance or gym or rock climbing. Paints occasionally. Is also in school getting masters in nutrition. Briana’s sister.

Jackson- 28, My (belen’s) boyfriend. Works in person as an estimator for an HVAC company. Big music lover with the widest range of taste in music in the house. Best cat dad, one our girl cats is actually in love with him and trying to steal him away. Loves being outside, eating yummy food, video games, art, history and movies.

Briana-22, UCF full time student, has class most days. Studying zoology, has a dog that is a trained service dog, does not stay full time at house but is there most of the time. You will be sharing a bathroom with her. Loves bright colors, SpongeBob, Star Wars, and music (in her Hard rock/ emo era, also loves reggaeton).
