A spacious studio with a closed off half bedroom. On site laundry, pool, and essentials within walking distance. I live alone and have extra space that could help someone. I am looking for a roommate to help with the bills, and in this economy it only makes sense. It is not ideal, because you will not have an abundance of space, but it is very affordable, I am very accommodating, and great for someone needing to get back on their feet. It will be similar to dorm life living style, but a little better. I was once on the other end, renting rooms, and thanks to the generous people who lent me their home, I am now in a position to give back. No credit check or renters history required, very beginner friendly if you’re new to the process. Utilities will be split, but I am willing to waive your utilities bill if you would like assist with some basic house cleaning, if not, then I will clean it periodically how i normally do, however you will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. I also have a van available to rent, incase you need a car, for an extra $300 a month. Ask for my phone number for more details. I am a 23 year old college student. I have had many roommates before so I am very used to the whole process. I am very accommodating, and easy going. I am not a clean freak, but I am also not obnoxiously messy.
