Hi! I’m currently residing in a 2-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in downtown Newport and am looking for a roommate! It would be a yearly lease, starting September 1st. The unit has a garage bay, yard space, basement storage, and an additional room that can used for storage/office space. It’s also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. I do have an 5 month old kitten and shes super-friendly!

I work full time and likely on the weekends, but I’m very laid back and love to cook, go to the beach, walk downtown and be active.
