About the room
Looking for additional female roommate. Room is $600 a month. Move in is anytime.
Location is a spacious and new townhouse located in the same neighborhood as the Saratoga Springs Temple.
All rooms are fully furnished except for the bedrooms. There are two other girls living in the home. The bathroom is only shared with one other girl and there is an additional half bath in the house.
There is a washer and dryer in the home across the hallway from the available bedroom.
No pets as there is already a cat in the home. He is inside only and his litter box is not in a common space. He is friendly though and enjoys attention.

About the roomies
I am a school teacher looking to find other easy going people to share a space with. My cat is a very social and friendly ginger boy.
