Renting out 2 Rooms : First bedroom is downstairs second bedroom is upstairs. Both bedrooms have a restroom located right outside of the room. The restrooms will be shared however, they will primarily belong to the person who is renting the room. (The only purpose of me stating they are being shared is if in case One of the restrooms is in use and someone needs to use a restroom- that’s only reason for me stating it’s a shared bathroom, specifically restroom, downstairs).

First room located downstairs at entrance of home. Size of room 11 x 10‘ and it has a window looking outside to the front yard with a nice tree that provides shade and tranquility. Room is equipped with closet sliding doors that are mirrored and non-carpeted Flooring… Full Bathroom is located right outside of the room.

Second room for rent is located upstairs and size of room approximately 11 x 12. Full Bathroom is also located just outside of this room. Also has one open window with the view of the same tree as downstairs; very nice and peaceful to look outside.

The residential area is very calm and quiet, neighbors are either county or government employees along with retired sheriffs. Parking is open and always available. Note that on Mondays street sweeper passes by from 12 to 4 PM.

Northrop Grumman is 3 miles away, Lockheed is 11 miles, and NASA is 13 miles. Antelope Valley mall and freeway 10 miles.

Five bedroom home with two rooms being occupied by individual “roomies”. One being myself, I am usually either at work from early morning till midday 4 PM, Monday through Friday or I’ll be home mainly in my room working on projects or relaxing. I enjoy movies, Pets and the simple things in life, I am pretty easy- going.

The other person is my mother who is a retired cosmetologist, she loves to socialize !🙃🙂so she loves to leave the house and hangs out with friends and come back home eventually around late afternoon . She has to be home and in time to start watching her lineup of soap operas in Spanish 🙈😂. She will not bother the “ roomies “ and language primarily spoken in Spanish.

Both rooms will be unfurnished, Wi-Fi for Internet use and streaming of Netflix. Of course you may use your own streaming network if any and all utilities will be included.

The home itself and the area areVery calm, peaceful, no kids living in the home, only two dogs -one is a small Chihuahua mix and the other one is a Japanese Akita that is very friendly on a surprising note, Akita resembles Hachi if you’ve ever seen it, you will remember it’s a very touching movie.
