The property has a fenced in yard and is nice, quiet & peaceful. There is a bathroom upstairs which you would share with my daughter and another half bath downstairs. There is a one car garage which I usually park in but otherwise the driveway would be free to use. The neighbors are young adults who are usually at work, are friendly and kind . Everyone minds their business for the most part. The area is near a Publix, some small outlets and deliveries arrive quickly. We’re also near I-75.

I’m a 33 year old nurse living with my 10 year old daughter in our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Her father is a French national and doesn’t live with us as of yet. To help offset the cost of the home we’re looking for a female roommate. We’re often out, traveling, at school or at work. I work overnights and am usually sleeping when I’m home. Otherwise we like to binge watch shows and go explore. We are islanders — from the Caribbean. Our community is quiet and peaceful.
