My name is Heather and IM renting out 1 or 2 rooms in my home and currently there is just myself (I own the home) and am a professional female in my 40s. I am the proud owner of a 8 year old American bully dog who is my family. She’s an indoor dog and full of life love and happiness. Must be a dog lover, no exceptions there, because she loves people and well- likes to show her affection 😄 The rent is $975 + half utilities-$150ish each. Must pay on time. Excellent deal for a quality place, and great roommate. New laundry washer and dryer. Kitchen stocked. Fully furnished and new sheets and towels! Please- No drugs on my property, but I’m OK if you smoke pot outside, and no heavy drinking, wild parties, or overnight guest. I don’t have people stay the night, I don’t drink or use drugs either. Must be a decent person and respectful to those you live with. This is a good situation for somebody who is looking for a peaceful place to rest her head go to work or do their studies.
