• I am available to tour you immediately and feel each other out for the potential roommate “fit”, with a 9/1/21 move-in date.
• The current lease is through 11/30/21. If circumstances are conducive, I would be open to renewing with you thereafter. • Efficient community, sustainably-designed homes in LEED registered building

MASTER BEDROOM • You will have the master bedroom (12’1’’ x 12’8“). It will be unfurnished when you move in.

ABOUT ME AND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR • 46-year old Caucasian Jewish unmarried heterosexual male with no children. Males only but I am open to a different age, race, religion, sexual orientation, and/or familial status. • I am a goal-oriented Attorney Professor of Law who also tutors for the bar and related exams. I work from home.
• Sometimes my girlfriend is here but I go to her place more, and sleep there a few nights per week. Generally I do not have many guests, but I am open to yours. • Committed to a living environment of peace and quiet, mutual respect, and consideration between us and any guests.
• Emotionally stable. • Financially stable and responsible. • No substance abuse or smoking. • No pets. I may be open if you are a pet-owner. The lease allows it.

EXPENSES • $1355 (monthly share of rent) • $325 one-time security deposit • ~$100/month = monthly 50% share of utilities, all of which are up and running: water/sewage/trash paid to leasing office; and internet/gas/electric paid to third-party service providers.
• $30 (one-time application fee paid to leasing office). • 50% of pro-rated annual renter’s insurance, proof of which is required by the leasing office. • No cable service currently but it is available from AT&T U-verse and Cox Communications
