Nice room on main floor available. Fully furnished. Private bathroom. Shared living space, although I spend majority of time in private area in basement. Large back yard with dog door. A large deck and covered patio are great for enjoying time with friends. Washer and dryer available for use. House is located in an older neighborhood and conveniently 15/20 minutes from both Denver proper and Boulder. Just 10 minutes from Regis university. Restaurants/breweries and shopping are within easy distances.
About the roomies
I have 3 dogs and foster for a rescue. I enjoy daily walks with the dogs. I work from home and spend my evenings in the finished basement. I love watching football
