One private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a house in Highland, CA (there is also a half-bathroom on the first floor). Rent (including utilities/landscaping) should be no more than $700. The shared bathroom will be shared with two other people. In-unit laundry and parking on site. Within striking distance of the University of Redlands, UCR, CSUSB, Crafton Hills College. Access to the 210 and 10 freeways is practically right down the street from the house.

One of our current tenants has two dogs, a Husky and a small Poodle; we are not able to take more pets. No kids, please.

I have graduated from the University of Redlands in April and am looking for someone to replace me in this house after I move out in June. The other three occupants are in two men and a women, aged 21-25. We are aiming to keep our house relatively chill, so no large parties, please.
