I live in a private gated community called Foxfire Country Club is between Radio Road and Davis Boulevard it has a Publix out the front gate and a Publix supermarket at the back gate I am 4 minutes from downtown your room will consist of a Amish brand new king size charity wood bed with two end tables lamp large Chester drawer with TV and Wi-Fi and cable all included it’s a very quiet community swimming pool and hot tub is about 150 ft outside the front door and it’s like that until basically November I love the summertime’s here you can come and go as you want cook whatever you want I’m just an easy laid-back person I’m not trying to gouge anyone like some people out there are I’m just looking for someone to share the rent that’s all you have your own private bathroom washer and dryer

I work part-time as a concierge and a high-rise and Park Shore Friday Saturdays and Sundays and I also work part-time for law firm in town when they need me I do a certain kind of research for them I cook so if you cook cook whatever you want to cook in other words I’m not really looking for a roommate I’m looking for someone that you know once they walk in the door it’s their home as well as mine that’s all where is my as long as you’re not into drugs and all that kind of stuff I’m open to anything just how you normally dress wear what you normally wear is if it’s your home
