Nice old restored cottage with charm and atmosphere. Quite neighbors and great park one minute away. The room is small with a large closet. Renting this room, is also sharing a life. There are house rules: No pets, no drugs, no guest, no smoking indoors. Must have proof of employment or other visible means of support. Only for US citizens or Resident Aliens. Open to all but prefer person over 50 years old who will be a team member. Not interested if you plan to spend the day using your computer and no where else to go. Temporary, transient workers welcomed!
