We’re roughly half a mile from the lake, and about a mile and a half from north cove boat launch! Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, mostly surrounded by trees, this is a 3200 sq ft home with a private bedroom looking for a roomie. Bathroom is 95% yours, with the exception of my mom using it for bathroom breaks. Shower/sinks/storage etc are all only used by you though! The downstairs area boasts a very open floor plan with a large kitchen - great for those who love to cook and bake! And a large, furnished living area where we can socialize, hang out in silence while we scroll on our phones, or you can chill on your own when the rest of us are upstairs:) Utilities & internet combined are roughly an extra $100 a month.

Myself (30F), my mom (57F), and my 2 kids (4&6 and very well behaved) currently live here, along with my ESA doggo, Lilly. We’re quiet and independent, but enjoy game nights and socializing as a group if you’re up for that. Dinner is always shared if you’re interested, as well as breakfast on weekends when I’m not working, as I love to bake and cook. Kids are full time school, so they’re only home on weekends and in the evenings. We’re a drama free, fun little family, and we’d love to meet you!
