This is a triplex house with two units upstairs above the third unit. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom. I have one bedroom available in one unit upstairs that has one other renter in the other room in the unit that is a 45-year-old white male. This room is for one person without any pets or guests and is a $200 deposit to move in and sign a month-to-month contract every 28 days with the cash and an ID. The deposit is available to be returned with a 30 day written notice of intent to vacate the property. All the utilities are included and the room can be furnished with a bed if needed, it does have a closet and it can have a window AC unit installed, but the electric bill would be split between the two occupants of the unit as the other room also has AC already and he pays half of the electric. There is street parking and there are cameras on site and if there is a guest on the property, it is a $20 guest fee per guest per day ending and beginning at midnight each date. You would have to get a mailing center location to get mail at, which there are plenty near here including Fourth Street mailing center. We are on the map as S&B B&B and also as BCB Carts. There is outside eating area with a fire table and stereo and TV and a hot tub in the fenced in yard on the property. Also coin Laundry and snack machine out front. A female going to LBCC on PCH would be perfect tbh as I have daughters and a Labrador dog here downstairs.
White male 45 works at laundry service. Just one person each room. If he leaves I will look for another female or if you have a friend even better.
