This is a shared space. There is no laundry hookup but there is a laundromat on the next block. There is a parking lot that is free to park on Sundays and after 6pm M-Saturday. The train station is about a 1/4 mile walk and the bus stop is less that 200 feet away. Looking for someone over 35 with proof of employment. This is a non smoking residence and please no pets.
