The rent is 1350 plus one month security deposit. One bedroom in a quiet building available 6/10. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt in Roselle Park. This is a shared space with all utilities included (electric,water,gas,cable). There is no laundry hookup but there is a laundromat on the next block. There is a parking lot that is free to park on Sundays and after 6pm M-Saturday. The train station is about a 1/4 mile walk and the bus stop is less that 200 feet away. Looking for someone over 35 with proof of employment. This is a non smoking residence and please no pets. Available July 1st. .
About the roomies
I am 46 with a full-time career and into fitness. I am usually away for the weekend and always on the go during the week. Must have a full time job/career.
